Well I suppose this is my first post, how exciting is that? I'm highly doubting anyone will read this except of course my Bambina, but I'm going to do it anyway.
My name is Lauren, I live in the horrid state of Ohio, I'm 16, and I'm a junior in highschool. I go full time to a career center for Culinary Arts because that's my passion. Cake decorating is actually my passion, but studying at the career center is definitely a HUGE help when it comes to experience. I'm also on my homeschool's drumline and blah blah blah. I'm probably a terrible writer, and I tend to ramble but that doesn't matter because no one will read this.
Anyway! I decided to start this because my best friend started a blog today as well, and well she flat out inpires me. I plan to write about my cooking, baking, life, ranting, just everything..yes, everything. Seeing as I'm an angry person, this could get interesting. I'm going to take this new year as a new start because so far this school year has been the most chaotic, painful, entertaining, best, stressful, loving and exciting experience of my life. I love it.
So for my first food type bloggy thing I just want to say, today i made and ate one of the BEST omlettes ever. That is all and since I'm running on very few hours of sleep I must part with the wise words of a very smart band, So long and good night. <3
